• Having trouble getting into a live online program?   Please see above to access our Online Event guide.


• Can't login to your account?   If you've lost (or did not receive) your 'Welcome New Subscriber' email, or if you've forgotten your user name or password, you can use the Lost Password feature on the login page to receive an automatic email message (sent to your originally registered email address) of your registration record.  If you still can't get in, please contact us IMMEDIATELY by using the 'Contact Us' tab located at the top of any of our website pages.  We will reply as quickly as possible.


• Can't get into the Trading or Coaching Rooms from your Membership Portal area?    Make sure you are connected to the INTERNET.  If you are still experiencing difficulty, please wait 5-10 minutes and try again.  Although very infrequent, sometimes we will experience a short server interruption or global INTERNET disruption.   Please contact us IMMEDIATELY by using the 'Contact Us' tab located at the top of any of our website pages.  We will reply as quickly as possible.


This is a membership web site. To access many of the resources within this site, you have to become a member.

1. Visit the Membership Information page, so you can see all the benefits that members of this site have available to them.
2. Complete the Membership Application.   You will be prompted to enter the required information.
3. Account Activation:      After submitting your application, you will see a message on the screen indicating whether your membership was successfully processed.  It if was, you will receive an email message containing your UserName and Password (chosen by you).  You may log into the Members Area anytime after your application has been approved.
4. Login:      You must be a registered member before logging into the Members Area.  We have various levels of membership and if you receive a message stating you do not have access to something, that indicates your level of membership does not include that resource. Important: "Cookies" must be enabled in your browser before logging in.
5. Access to your account information:   Once you are a member, you will have access to "Your Account" where you can change your email address, username, password, credit card information as well as view your transaction history and membership plan renewal date.  You can also cancel your membership at anytime in this area to avoid further future charges.  For any courses you register and pay for, you will receive a receipt by email directly after your registration.

Broadly stated, the goals of this site are to provide members with the information and resources described on the Members Information page.  Please also read our Online Events Rules and Terms of Use for further information.  They may be revised without notice.  Our live interactive forums are provided as a way for you to ask questions, seek opinions and participate.  Please treat everyone with respect.
