You agree to defend, indemnify and hold RevolutionaryTrading.com LLC, its managers, employees, consultants and affiliates harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses arising in any way from your use of any services provided by RevolutionaryTrading.com.

Purchase agreement/End User License Agreement:

Purchaser of any RevolutionaryTrading.com DVD, CD, Ebook, seminar or other product hereby agrees that they are the End User and may not rent, resell the content or material they have purchased in any manner, by any venue.  All sales are final for all products and services.  Purchaser may not resell this or any RevolutionaryTrading.com product via eBay, any other on-line auction site, or any on-line classified forum or any other resale venue of any kind.

Memberships, Cancellations, Refunds and Shipping Policys:

Each person is only allowed one membership trial on the RevolutionaryTrading.com site per 6 month period. 

For all full members, please make sure to update your credit card expiration date or make any necessary changes to your contact information when needed.  Once you are an active member in any of the RevolutionaryTrading.com membership programs, your account will be renewed automatically each month at the plan rate you have chosen.  Unless and until this agreement is canceled by Email or from in your "Your Account" area located in the member's area, you are authorizing RevolutionaryTrading.com LLC, to charge your credit card to pay for your ongoing cost of membership.

Memberships may be canceled at any time by either party.  These cancellations must be made through your membership portal page when you login by going to "Your Account".  Should you need assistance, you may also contact us by Email at Memberships@RevolutionaryTrading.com or by using the contact form on our website home page.  When termination is requested by a member, membership fees are NOT refunded.  The current membership term will run its course to the end of the current billing cycle which you can review in your "Transaction History" from your membership login portal page.  Cancellation of service is not official until the member received an Email confirmation from RevolutionaryTrading.com.  If your cancellation request is not answered within 3 business days, you should call or Email us to confirm your cancellation.  Once your current membership period has passed, your account will then become inactive.

All seminar/course sales are final.  There is no refund issued if you cannot attend a course.
In the event you do not attend a course you have registered and paid for, you will be able to use the funds paid as a credit toward future courses.

In order to keep our course costs down and avoid shipping charges and or delays, we do not send you course manuals.  You will be notified at least 5 days prior to the start date of your course and be provided access to print one manual for your personal use.  You will have options to print in B/W or Color.  When you retake a course, you will have access again to print another manual should we update any of the content.   Course manuals and/or Educational materials related to any free programs are not provided.  Please be aware you are not permitted to print more than one copy or produce any additional copies of the manuals as the material is protected by law and only for your personal use.

Additional Terms of Use:

We invite our members to enjoy all the features this site has to offer.   But we must require that each subscriber/member abide by certain rules so that no one's rights are infringed upon.  Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of access to the RevolutionaryTrading.com programs, without refund or recourse.

1. Do not share your login passwords and user names.  Our system is designed to detect this immediately and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same user name and password.

2. Do not reprint, republish, repost or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site.  Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content, doesn't mean you own it.  Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability.
Please DO NOT violate Federal Copyright law.

3. No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed in our forum or trading and coaching chat-rooms.  No bulk Email, junk mail or spam, chain letters, private messages or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere in our forums or trading and coaching chat-rooms.  Posting of other company's information is strictly prohibited.

4. Please use your own name when posting to any of our discussion forums or trading and coaching chat-rooms.  Do not impersonate anyone else.

5. Treat other subscriber/members with courtesy and respect when posting messages.
No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any other is allowed.

6. Please avoid shouting (using all capital letters) in any messages you post.

7. Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, sexually explicit language or harass, abuse or threaten other subscriber/members in any forum or trading and coaching chat-rooms.  Do not libel or defame others.  RevolutionaryTrading.com strongly disapproves flaming.

8. When you post content in any discussion forum or trading and coaching chat-rooms, you permit RevolutionaryTrading.com to display and distribute the content and to use it for advertising and promotion.  You grant to RevolutionaryTrading.com the complete perpetual, but non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc., the content in whole or in part, your posts throughout the world and universe, on a royalty-free basis.

We do not try to edit or to monitor messages posted on the RevolutionaryTrading.com forums or trading and coaching chat-rooms, but we reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable postings.  The person posting a message is solely responsible for it and not RevolutionaryTrading.com.  Violators may be permanently banned from using the forums, trading and coaching chat-rooms, or even have their memberships terminated.
